Golf businesses needed one platform where players could improve, book tee times, schedule coaches, and pay without staff moving between disconnected tools.
The client wanted to serve golfers before, during, and after a round, but their customer journey was split across phone calls, spreadsheets, separate lesson calendars, manual payments, and offline coaching notes. Players could not easily connect swing feedback with follow-up drills or reserve the next available tee time with a coach. Course staff needed a live tee sheet, reliable reminders, payment capture, and clearer visibility into player demand.
We designed a connected golf platform where AI coaching, tee booking, coach availability, and operations data work together instead of living in separate systems.
Players upload swing clips or record inside a lesson, then the platform organizes feedback by tempo, club path, posture, and consistency. Coaches can approve AI-suggested drills, attach notes, and track progress across sessions. Impact: Players leave every lesson with a clear practice plan, while coaches keep feedback structured and reusable.
A real-time booking engine lets golfers reserve tee times, add a coach, buy lesson packages, and pay deposits from web or mobile. Availability rules prevent double booking across course lanes, teaching bays, and instructor calendars. Impact: Staff handle fewer scheduling calls, and golfers can move from coaching feedback to their next tee time without friction.
Operators see the live tee sheet, lesson utilization, payments, player segments, no-show risk, and follow-up opportunities in one dashboard.
